Problem

Install stops and never completes

Solution

While installing Print Shop, the install process stops very close to the end of the installation and never completes. The issue you are experiencing is from the User Account Control (UAC) indicating an unknown program is attempting to make changes to the computer, do you want to allow it to make changes. Unfortunately this message is not displayed in front of the installation window, it is displayed on the task bar. Look at the task bar on the bottom of the screen for a blue and gold shield, it may be flashing also. Click the on the shield to open the message, click Yes to allow changed to be made to the computer. The installation will now finish.
